【Abstract】 In, the separation of Tea Polyphenols(TP)frorn green tea, three traditional techniques (solvent extraction, metallic sedimentation and column separation) are summarized and three new ones (counter current extraction, SFE and HSCCC)are introduced briefly as the frontiers of the trcent task in our workgroup.
