【摘要】 化学去势是一种安全方便的去势方法,但由于炎性反应剧烈而影响动物的生产性能,左旋咪唑作为一种免疫增强剂,能抗炎和恢复缺损的免疫功能,特别是在机体细胞免疫功能低下时,有增强其功能的作用.通过去势兔睾丸切片观察:实验组睾丸实质部分存在,管内结缔组织增生明显,呈网状,但各级精母细胞排列不清,无精子;对照组睾丸实质不存在,曲细精管消失为空泡状.通过T淋巴细胞百分率、体温、体重变化、红白细胞总数、植物血凝素等项目比较;实验组与对照组T淋巴细胞百分率去势前后差异不显著(P>0.05),去势后24h、96h分别呈现极显著差异和显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),白细胞总数在去势前后差异不显著(P>0.05),表明左旋咪唑能减轻炎症对机体的不良刺激,减轻应激反应,但不影响去势效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 t Chemicai castration is a satety and convenient method and but effects the performance and decrease the immunologicae functions of the animais. Levamisolun makes the immunologicai functions increase the certain effects was obtained through the inspection on section testies tissue of the robbits: Testis parenchyma cell in experimental rabbits exists a little and the proliferation of connective tissue is obvious (netted), but spermatocytes is out of order. There are not testis parenchyma cell in contrast rabbits. Convoluted seminiferous tubules show in vacuole. Thepercentage of T - lyinphoid cells and results of subcutaneous injection experiment of PHA are obvious or very obvious ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01), Compared with these of the contract, but the total numbers of white cells, weight and temperature are not significant( P >0.05).The findings showed that Levamisolum can delay the inflammatin and lighten the stress, but no infouence result of chemicai castration.更多还原
