【摘要】 目的：观察良恶性肿瘤患者血清恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子（ＴＳＧＦ）的水平。方法：利用ＴＳＧＦ体外诊断试剂，检测１９６例恶性肿瘤患者和３８例非恶性肿瘤患者血清标本。结果：恶性肿瘤患者ＴＳＧＦ阳性率为７６．５％，非恶性肿瘤患者阳性率为１５．７％，两者差异有十分显著性意义（χ２＝５０．１，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：提示该方法对恶性肿瘤的诊断有较高的特异性、敏感性及广谱性，方法简便快速，适用于人群恶性肿瘤普查、早期诊断、良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断。更多还原
