正常成人垂体腺MRI研究
A MRI Study on Normal Pituitary Gland
【摘要】 应用磁共振成像(MRI)对119例正常成人垂体腺的形态,大小及信号研究发现:1739%垂体腺形态呈凸隆型;8729%垂体后叶呈高信号;矢状高径女性均小于9cm,男性均小于8cm;345%垂体柄偏斜。通过对垂体腺,垂体后叶,垂体柄的观察及测量,为临床诊断垂体疾病提供依据。
【Abstract】 The shape,size and signal intensity of pituitary gland of 119 cases of normal individuals (78 cases of males and 41 cases of females) were studied using MRI.It was showed that the pituitary presented conver gland in 17 39% of the cases.The posterior lobe demonstrated high signal intensity in 87 29% of the cases.The saggital height of the pituitary were no subject or ≥9 0 mm in females of ≥8 mm in males.The pituitary stalk shifted in 3 45% of the cases.The pituitary gland posterior lobe and pituitary stalk were measured and studied, and the normal standards were presented for diagnosis of pituitary gland disease. MRI is a best method that the pituitary gland structures is sesessed by modern imaging.
