【摘要】 将２０２例健康成年人分为老、中、青三组，应用超声心动图作左室收缩和舒张功能测定，以观察老、中、青三组间左心功能的变化。结果显示，中、老年组的收缩及舒张功能与青年组相比，差异均有显著性，尤其是舒张功能差异更为显著，说明心功能有明显减退现象；而中、老年组之间则差异无显著性，提示中年组有提前老化可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two hundred and two cases of nealthy adults divided in old middle and young age groups were detected by echocardiography for left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions. The variations of left ventricular function in these 3 groups was observed. The results showed that the systolic and diastolic function in middle and old age groups compared with young age group were significantl different especially the diastolic function; but no difference between the fore two groups. Such condition suggested that the cardiac function were significahtly decreased in middle and old age groups, and also indicated that the cardiac function was possiblely earlier damaged in middle age nowadays. The relationship of cardiac function and age was discussed in this paper. The possible facters of impaired cardiac function in middle age group was also analysed, a countermeasure of healthy protection for this group was represented.更多还原
