【摘要】 采用抗nm2 3-H1/NDPK单克隆抗体进行免疫组织化学SP法染色 ,检测原发性胆囊癌4 3例 ,胆囊腺瘤 10例 ,慢性胆囊炎 4 5例 ,其中nm2 3 H1/NDPK表达阳性率依序为 4 8 8%、90 0 %、77 8% ,原发性胆囊癌表达阳性率低于胆囊良性病变 (P <0 0 5)。nm2 3 H1/NDPK在原发性胆囊癌的表达 :按Nevin分期 ,早期高于晚期 (P <0 0 5) ,高分化癌高于低分化癌 (P <0 0 5) ,未发生转移者显著高于转移者 (P <0 0 2 5) ,其表达水平与转移呈负相关。nm2 3 H1基因可能在原发性胆囊癌转移过程中起负性调控作用 ;nm2 3 H1基因在原发性胆囊癌分期、分化程度及转移过程中起不同的调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to elucidate the expression significance of the protein product of tumor metastasis suppressor gene,nm23 H 1/NDPK in primary carcinoma of gallbladder,43 cases of primary gallbladder carcinoma,10 cases of gallbladder adenoma and 45 cases of chronic cholecystitis were detected with monoclonal antibody of nm23 H 1/NDPK by immunohistochemical PS stainning.The results revealed that its positive expression rates in the above mentioned diseases were 48 8%,90 0% and 77 8% respectively.The positive expression rate in primary gallbladder carcinoma was lower than that of benign gallbladder lesions significantly (P<0 05).According to staging standard of Nevin,the positive expression rates in early stage,well differentiated and nonmetastatic gallbladder carcinoma were significantly higher(P<0 05) than those in advanced stages,poor differentiated and metastasized gallbladder carcinoma repectively.The expression degree is negatively correlated with tumor metatasis.The expression rate of nm23 H 1/NDPK has a certain reference value and may serve as a useful indicator in predicting the stage,differentiation degree and metastasis of primary gallbladder carcinoma.更多还原
