六方MoN的合成新路线
A NEW ROUTE FOR THE SYNTHESIS OF MoN
【摘要】 在高温高压极端条件下利用 N H4 C1 还原二氧化钼的方法合成了六方 Mo N。反应条件为:压力2 G Pa ,温度1500 ℃,时间2h 。并利用 X R D 对合成产物进行了表征。经最小二乘法拟合后结果表明,该合成产物具有六方结构对称性,其晶格常数为a = 0 .572nm , c = 0 .560nm 。经过对其衍射峰位和峰强进行拟合计算,并与实验结果进行比较, 结果表明 Mo N 产物的空间群为 P63 m mc ,其中 Mo 原子位于2 b(0 ,0 ,14) 和6 h( x,2x ,14) ,x = 0 .489 。 N 原子位于2 a(0 ,0 ,0) 和6 g(0 .5 ,0 ,0) 。所采用的方法具有反应条件易达到、反应时间短、反应产物单相性好等特点。
【Abstract】 The Molybdenum nitride was synthesized by the reduction of Molybdenum dioxide with ammonium chloride under extreme conditions of high pressure and high temperature.The product was examined with XRD measurement.The results show that the MoN has the hexagonal symmetry with lattice constants of a =0.572nm, c =0.560nm,and space group of P6 3/mmc .The Mo atoms are at the positions 2 b (0,0,1/4) and 6 h(x,2x,1/4),x =0.489,the N atoms are at the positions 2 a (0,0,0) and 6 g (0.5,0,0).This method is very easy to be attached,and get the pure phase,as well as need a short time to react.
