【摘要】 简述了镍铬硅－镍硅镁热电偶，抗氧化钨铼热电偶及黑体光纤红外辐射温度计。着重探讨了从国外引进的连续渗碳炉，铜、铝连轧生产过程中，在线检测用热电偶国产化问题。研制出渗碳炉用复合管型特种实体热电偶及铜水、铝液连续测温用热电偶，成功地用于瓦房店轴承厂、沈阳电缆厂等在线温度检测。实践结果表明，引进设备中的温度传感器不仅能国产化，而且可以走向世界，进入国际市场。更多还原

【Abstract】 Domestic production of the on line measuring thermocouples used in the continuous carburizing furnace is discussed in the paper.The complex tube type solid thermocouples for carburizing furnace and the thermocoaple for continuous temperature measurement of liquid copper and aluminum are developed and successfully used in Wafangdian Bearing Plant and Shengyang Electric Cable Plant etc.with perfect performances and remarkable economic and social effectiveness.更多还原
