【Abstract】 In combination with problem of time code error in scientific research of seismic station network data processing system,according to the error reason,the author puts forward and adopts the method of replacing artificial diagnosis with diagnostor,analyses emphatically time code change regularity and compiles seismic digital clock diagnostor.
