钴钼催化剂中钼的流失研究
Study on loss of nickel from Co Mo catalysts
【摘要】 本文对硫化态钴钼催化剂中活性组分钼的物理升华及化学升华流失的机理及动力学进行了研究。结果表明, 水蒸汽的存在会大大加快钼的化学升华流失。催化剂中钼含量及载气空速也会影响钼的流失速率。得出了钼升华流失的动力学方程。
【Abstract】 The mechanism and kinetics for loss of nickel from sulfided Co Mo catalysts through physical and chemical sublimation were studied.It was shown that existance of steam greatly speeds up loss of nickel through chemical sublimation.Velocity for loss of nickel is also influenced by nickel content in catalyst and space velocity of carrier gas Kinetic equation of nickel loss was obtained.
