H2O2/草酸铁络合物对有机染料废水的光氧化脱色
Photochemical oxidative decolorization of organic dye wastewater by H2O2/Fe(Ⅲ)-oxalate complexes
【摘要】 研究了400W高压汞灯下有机染料模拟废水的光氧化脱色,实验结果表明:在近紫外光照射下,H2O2/草酸铁络合物能使染料迅速氧化脱色,其脱色速率显著高于UV/H2O2光氧化;pH在3左右,脱色效果最佳,pH>4脱色率急剧下降;Fe3+、草酸和H2O2的浓度以及温度等因素对染料废水的光氧化脱色率均有较大影响;水溶性的单偶氮染料和双偶氮染料光氧化脱色效果最好。
【Abstract】 The photo-oxidative decolorization of simulated wastewater containing organic dyes was investigated. It has been shown that dyes wastewater can be rapidly decolored, under near-UV light radiation using H2O2/Fe(Ⅲ)-oxalate complexes. The photo-oxidative effect of H2O2 on dyes was greatly improved by the introduction of ferrioxalate complexes. The rate of decolorization of wastewater is the highest at pH 3, but decline rapidly at pH>4. The influence of other parameters such as concentration of Fe(Ⅲ), oxalate, H2O2, and temperature of the reaction on photooxidative decolorization of the wastewater was studied.
