【摘要】 应用噻唑蓝（ＭＴＴ）吸收光度法体外测定两株阴道毛滴虫对甲硝唑（Ｍｅｔｒｏｎｉｄａｚｏｌｅ）和替硝唑（Ｔｉｎｉｄａｚｏｌｅ） 的药物敏感性， 结果显示： 药物作用２４ 小时后， 阴道毛滴虫对两种药物表现出不同的敏感性， 对甲硝唑， 甲、乙两株基本相同， 而对替硝唑， 乙株比甲株敏感。实验结果表明： 本方法具有简便快速、客观准确的优点， 能较好地反映药物剂量效应关系， 可作为临床用药筛选的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sensitivity of the Trichomonas vaginalis to metronidazole and tinidazole were assayed by MTT absorption spectrum method in vitro The results showed that,after 24 hour incubation with two drugs,the sensitivity of the T vaginalis was different,in metronidazole group,the sensitivity of strain A is similar to B,but strain B is better than A in tinidazole group The results indicated that this method was simple,rapid and accurate,it may better reflect dose effect relation and helpful for screening efficient drug in the treatment of the trichomoniasis更多还原
