【摘要】 目的：探讨糖尿病大血管病变与血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）、降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）的关系。方法：采用放免法测定正常对照组４７例、糖尿病无血管并发症组２７例、合并大血管并发症组３３例、合并微血管病变组２２例、非糖尿病大血管病变组１４例血浆内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽水平。结果：糖尿病组血浆内皮素为（８３．１６±４８．２３）ｎｇ／Ｌ，降钙素基因相关肽为（７８．４７±５７．３３）ｎｇ／Ｌ，分别高于正常对照组ＥＴ（５１．１９±１６．７５）ｎｇ／Ｌ，ＣＧＲＰ（３６．８９±１７．３０）ｎｇ／Ｌ，有显著性差异，Ｐ＜０．０５。糖尿病合并大血管并发症组ＣＧＲＰ为（８４．９２±５２）ｎｇ／Ｌ，较无血管并发症组ＣＧＲＰ（４５．７５±２７．７７）ｎｇ／Ｌ增高，Ｐ＜０．０５，糖尿病大血管病变组与非糖尿病大血管病变组ＥＴ、ＣＧＲＰ水平相比无显著性差异。结论：糖尿病病人ＥＴ、ＣＧＲＰ较正常人升高，主要与血管病变有关，糖尿病病人在临床尚未出现血管病变表现时即已有血管内皮功能损害。更多还原
