在光纤零群速色散区传输的光孤子波
Optical Solitary Waves in the Region with Zero Group Velocity Dispersion of a Single Mode Fiber
【摘要】 通过对超短光脉冲在单模光纤中传输方程的分析研究,给出了在零群速色散区传输方程的亮、暗孤波解。结果表明,超短光脉冲在光纤的零群速色散区仍能以亮、暗孤波的形式传输,且不存在孤子自频移现象。这对实现超短光脉冲在光纤中的长距离稳定传输和超高码率的光孤子通信系统具有重大的意义。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the propagating equation of ultrashort optical pulses in a single mode fiber, the bright and dark solitary wave solutions of the equation are obtained. The results show that the ultrashort optical pulses can propagate in a single mode fiber in form of the bright or dark solitary waves without the soliton self frequency shift. That is significant for the long distance and stable propagation of ultrashort optical pulses and the system of optical soliton with ultra high speed.
