MgF2晶体的激光损伤与加固研究
Investigation of Laser Damage and Strengthening of MgF 2 Crystals
【摘要】 报道了MgF2晶体1.06μm激光损伤阈值和损伤形貌。研究了用CO2、XeCl和Cu蒸气三种不同的激光对MgF2进行激光预辐照加固和酸腐蚀加固。结果表明,Cu蒸气激光加固效果最佳,其次是酸腐蚀和XeCl激光预辐照,并对加固机理进行了分析
【Abstract】 The laser damage thresholds and morphologies of MgF 2 crystals at 1.06 μm are reported. Strengthening of the MgF 2 crystals is investigated by laser pre irradiation and acid etching with CW CO 2, XeCl and Cu vapour lasers. Ihe results show that the Cu vapour strengthening effect is the optimum and the next are acid etching and XeCl laser pre irradiation. Strengthening mechanism is analyzed.
