【Abstract】 We studied partial coherent X ray in line Gabor holography and obtained the relation between coherent degree and resolution(contrast). Both transverse and longitudinal resolution and image contrast decrease when the degree of coherence decrease. A requirement on the coherent length for making high quality holographic imaging is presented.更多还原
