南宁地区1999年严重早春旱成因探讨
Analysis of Contributing Factors of Severe Drought in the Early Spring 1999 in Guangxi
【摘要】 分析了南宁地区１９９９年２～３ 月早春季节严重干旱的气候特点， 并对其成因进行初步探讨， 认为其成因主要是大气环流异常， 并与上年ＥＮＳＯ事件有关。
【Abstract】 Climatic features of the 1999 early spring (February to March) severe drought in Nanning prefecture is analyzed,and its contributing factors are explored.It is recognized that the main contributing factor is the anomlous general circulation,and the drought is associated with the ENSO event in 1998.
