傅里叶红外标准加入法测定银杏叶提取物(EGb)中的总内酯

【摘要】 银杏叶提取物(EGb)经KBr压片后,在1840~1726cm-1区间,用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测量峰面积,以美国Sigma的银杏内酯B为标准品,用FTIR标准加入法测定EGb中的总内酯含量,其结果与RPHPLC、RI法接近,平均回收率96.8%,SD0.4,RSD5.5%,方法简便,结果可靠,适于EGb及其制剂在生产过程中作质量控制的测定方法用。

【Abstract】 Extract of Gininkgo biloba(EGb),pressed into a clear wafer with Potassium Bromide power ,was determined by means of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry(FTTR).In order to calculate the total lactone in EGb,the standard sample,Ginkgo B(bought from Sigma in USA) was added and the total area of peak in the region between 1840 cm -1 and 1726 cm -1 was measured. The result by standard addition Method on FTIR approached that by the RPHPLC RI Method.The average recovery was 96 8% , S.D ±0 4 ,R.S D 5 5% .The method is simple,rapid,reliable and suitable for the determination method of quality control in the process of EGb preparations.
