阻燃型聚酰亚胺覆铜板胶粘剂的研究和应用

【摘要】 在双马－丁腈胶中加入１５％含溴有机阻燃剂和适量无机阻燃剂时，可使聚酰亚胺覆铜板具有阻燃性，制成的ＦＰＣ仍具有较好的剥离强度和耐锡浴性，这种阻燃胶粘剂可在２．０７ＭＰａ、１７０℃／６０分钟的条件下固化。

【Abstract】 As 15% Bromine-containing organic flame-retardant TBBA and appropriate Sb2O3 add to BMI improved butadiene- acrylonitrile rubber, the FPC have good fire-resistance.solder resistance and peel strength. The adhesives can be cured under the condition of 2.07MPa and 170℃/1h.
