【摘要】 为探讨卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中ＣＤ４４Ｖ３的表达及其临床意义，用免疫组织化学和ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法，检测４１例恶性卵巢肿瘤、２０例良性卵巢肿瘤和２１例正常卵巢组织中ＣＤ４４Ｖ３基因及基因蛋白的表达情况，并分析相关的临床病理因素。结果：ＣＤ４４Ｖ３表达阳性率恶性组显著高于良性组和正常组（均Ｐ＜０．０５）；有转移者ＣＤ４４Ｖ３阳性率显著高于无转移者（Ｐ＜０．０１），转移灶阳性率高于原发灶（Ｐ＝０．０１）；ＣＤ４４Ｖ３阳性表达者近期疗效比阴性者差（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＣＤ４４Ｖ３阳性表达率与临床期别有一定关系，但与病理类型、组织学级别无关（Ｐ＞０．０５）。表明，ＣＤ４４Ｖ３与肿瘤的发生、发展、卵巢恶性肿瘤的浸润和转移、以及近期疗效有关，可以作为预测肿瘤转移潜能和评估预后的指标更多还原

【Abstract】 To detect the expression of CD44V 3 and to investigate its clinical significance in malignant ovarian tumor,the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR) and immunohistochemical stain(IHCS) were used to detect the mRNAs content and expression proteins of CD44V 3 in biopsy samples of 41 malignant ovarian tumors, 20 benign ovarian tumors and 21 normal controls.In the positive expression rates of CD44V 3(PERCD),the malignance was higher than the benign and control(all P<0 05) ;the residual focus of >2 cm was higher than the residual focus of ≤2 cm (P<0 01) ;the metastatic focus was higher than primary focus (P=0 01) ;the primary focus with metastasis were higher than that without metastasis (P<0 01) .The short term curative effects of the patient with positive expression of CD44V 3 were lower than that of the negative patients (P<0 05) .No significant correlation was observed between PERCD and pathological type, or histological grade in cancer tissue.It suggests that CD44V 3 correlate with the carcinogenesis and progress of tumor, the metastasis of malignant ovarian tumor and the curative effects;CD44V 3 may be used for predicting the metastasis of cancer and would be a new marker for evaluating the curative effects and prognosis.更多还原
