气液固三相流动沸腾传热与抗垢性能的研究
Heat Transfer and Scale Inhibition of Gas-Liquid-Solid Three-Phase Flow Boiling
【摘要】 在流动沸腾的液体中引入少量情性气体与固体颗粒,使之成为气液固三相流态化沸腾过程,对其传热性能与抗垢性能进行实验研究。结果表明,引入精气与流态化固体颗粒,可使传热显著强化,表现出明显的防垢抗垢效果,且具有一定的在线清洗作用。
【Abstract】 Heat transfer and scale inhibition were studied for gas-liquid-solid three-phase flow boilingwhich was formed by introducing a small amount of inert gas and solid particles into flow boilingliquid. The experimental results show that heat transfer is much enhanced with the introduction of theinert gas and fluidized solid particles. Scale can be effectively inhibited in the three-phase flow boilingand "on-line cleaning" of the heating surface can be realized.
