溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2担载超滤膜
Preparation of Supported TiO2 Ultrafiltration Membranes by Sol-Gel Technique
【摘要】 为制备完整无缺陷的TiO2担载超滤膜,本文采用溶胶一凝胶法(Sol-Gel法)的颗粒法制备钛溶胶,考察了制膜液组成、膜厚度以及烧结温度对膜孔结构和性能的影响。结果发现以钛酸丁酯为溶胶前驱物,采用颗粒法,可制备粒径适宜的稳定溶胶。膜的完整性与有机添加剂的量及膜的厚度密切相关,膜的渗透通量和孔径随着烧结温度的升高而增大。本文所制备的氧化钛超滤膜的孔径为1.8-40nm,厚度为1.5-2μm,纯水渗透性达6.7-87.0×10(-11)m·s(-1)·Pa(-1)。
【Abstract】 Crack-free supported TiO2 membranes with ultraporous have been synthesized fromcolloidal titania sols by sol-gel technique. The conditions of casting solution and the sinteringtemperature played important roles on nilcrostfucture of TiO2 ultrafiltfation membranes. For the samecasting solution, the membrane pore size could be contfolled by the change of sintering temperature. Ifthe thickness of the top layer was at 1 .5-2μm, the range of the pore size was at 1 .8-40urn, and the purewater permeability was at 6.7-87.0x10-11 m. s-1. Pa-1.
