【Abstract】 With chitosan prepared by ourselves as preserative agent, an experiment on the preservation of mango was carried out. Mango was soaked in the solution of chitosan and a film formed on the surface of it. The result showed that the film could prevent microorganism from eroding mango, avoid water evaporating from mango, prolong the storage life of mango and preserve the original taste of mango.更多还原
