双相不锈钢在衣康酸发酵液中的耐蚀性研究
Corrosion Resistance of a Duplex Stainless Steel in the Fermentative Liquid of Itaconic Acid
【摘要】 研究了一种稀土双相不锈钢(R1合金)在实际衣康酸介质中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,在衣康酸发酵液中R1合金能够保持稳定的钝化状态,腐蚀率很低。在溶液含Cl-量较高的情况下仍保持良好的抗点蚀能力。介质浸泡时,R1合金表面形成富铬的以Cr2O3和Fe2O3为主体的保护性氧化膜,这是合金具有优良耐腐蚀性的重要原因。
【Abstract】 Abstract Corrosion resistance of a RE containing duplex stainless steel (alloy R1) in the fermentative liquid of itaconic acid was investigated. The passive film on alloy R1 was analysed by XPS. The results show that alloy R1 can passivate and keep that state continuously in the Cl - containing liquid and form a chromium rich and protective surface oxide film which is mainly composed of Cr 2O 3 and Fe 2O 3 so as to result in very low corrosion rate and high pitting resistance.
