用反应性PVD方法在金刚石表面沉积金属钛
Deposition of Titanium on Surface of Diamond by PVD with Chemical Reactior
【摘要】 采用反应性PVD方法在金刚石表面沉积金属钛镀层,用X射线衍射分析了镀层的成分,证实了镀层中碳化钛的生成。扫描电镜分析表明,金刚石复合体中金刚石与基体金属之间结合致密,并提出了金刚石与基体金属之间的粘结机理。
【Abstract】 The titanium coating on surface of diamond is obtained by physical vapor deposition (PVD) withchemical reaction. The formation of titanium carbide on surface of diamond is verified by X-ray diffraction analy-sis. Outline of interface between diamond and matrix in diamond composite based on metal cement is observed byscan electron microscope. The mechanism of binding between diamond and matrix metals is proposed.
