克山病病区和常硒及低硒非病区儿童发铜、锌、铁、锰含量的测定

【摘要】 用原子吸收光谱法测定了克山病病区、常硒非病区和低硒非病区儿童发Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn含量。结果表明:(1)低硒非病区组儿童发Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn含量与常硒非病区组无明显差异(P>005);(2)克山病病区组儿童发Cu、Zn、Mn含量与低硒和常硒非病区组儿童无明显差异(P>005),但克山病病区组儿童发Fe含量显著高于低硒和常硒非病区组(P<001)。

【Abstract】 The content of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn in hair of children with Keshan disease(KD)from low Se non-endemic area and normal Se non-endemic area was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The resullts show that there are no distinct differences in hair Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn among two non-endemic areas ,in hair Cu,Zn and Mn among Keshan disease endemic area and non-endemic areas,while hair Fe in Keshan disease area was higher than that of non-endemic areas.
