【摘要】 用原子吸收光谱法测定了克山病病区、常硒非病区和低硒非病区儿童发Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ含量。结果表明：（１）低硒非病区组儿童发Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ含量与常硒非病区组无明显差异（Ｐ＞００５）；（２）克山病病区组儿童发Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ含量与低硒和常硒非病区组儿童无明显差异（Ｐ＞００５），但克山病病区组儿童发Ｆｅ含量显著高于低硒和常硒非病区组（Ｐ＜００１）。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn in hair of children with Keshan disease(KD)from low Se non-endemic area and normal Se non-endemic area was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The resullts show that there are no distinct differences in hair Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn among two non-endemic areas ,in hair Cu,Zn and Mn among Keshan disease endemic area and non-endemic areas,while hair Fe in Keshan disease area was higher than that of non-endemic areas.更多还原
