【摘要】 为了解斑点分子杂交和聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ） 检测ＨＢＶ－ ＤＮＡ 的差异性， 用斑点分子杂交法检测了２７０ 例住院乙肝患者血清ＨＢＶ－ ＤＮＡ， １２０ 份病例同时行ＰＣＲ 检查。结果表明， ２７０ 例乙肝患者斑点分子杂交法检测ＨＢＶ－ ＤＮＡ 阳性例数６０ 例， 阳性率２２－２２ ％ ； 两种方法检测１２０ 份病例， 阳性率经统计学处理差异有显著性。提示ＰＣＲ 和斑点分子杂交灵敏度不同， 操作方法不同， 应根据不同情况选用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the difference between PCR and Dot blot in detecting HBV-DNA,270 patients with hepatitis were detected of serum by Dot blot ways,while 120 cases were detected by both PCR and Dot blot.The result showed that 60 out of 270 cases were found positive,the rate is 22 22%.The statistic result shows a significant differntce in the two ways,due to the detecting sensitivity and working method.They should be applied in terms of different conditions.更多还原
