子宫肌瘤患者血清SOD、MDA的观察
Determination of SOD, MDA in Serum of Patients with Uterine Myoma
【摘要】 检测了66例子宫肌瘤患者血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,探讨其与子宫肌瘤发病的关系.结果表明,子宫肌瘤患者血清中SOD的活性较健康妇女明显降低,而MDA含量明显增加,两者至负相关,提示自由基在子宫肌瘤的发病中起着重要作用,
【Abstract】 In order to determine the serum activities of malondialdehyde (MDA), a metabolite from lipid peroxide, and of superoxide dismutase (SOD), an essential scavenger of free radical in the body, 66 cases with uterine myoma were determined of MDA and SOD, it is found tha MDA goes up obviously wherase SOD activity comes down. Showing a regative correlation between these two, the result shows that free radicals take part in the mechanism of uterine myoma.
