3,4-二羟基苯甲酸的流动注射化学发光抑制分析法
Flow Injection Analysis of 3,4 Dihydroxybenzoic Acid with Inhibited Chemiluminescent Detection
【摘要】 本文基于3,4-二羟基苯甲酸对Co2+离子催化的鲁米诺-H2O2化学发光体系的抑制作用,首次建立了3,4-二羟基苯甲酸的流动注射化学发光抑制分析法,发光信号的降低值ΔⅠ与3,4-二羟基苯甲酸的浓度在1×10-6~1×10-5mol/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2.7×10-7mol/L(n=11),对8×10-6mol/L3,4-二羟基苯甲酸测定的相对标准偏差为2.3%(n=11)。
【Abstract】 It was found that 3,4 dihydroxybenzoic acid (protocatechuric acid)inhibited chemiluminescence of luminol H 2O 2 reaction catalyzed by Co 2+ .On this basis,a flow injection method has been developed for the determination of protocatechuric acid.The method is simple,convenient and sensitive with detection limit of 2 7×10 -7 mol/L and is effective to determine protocatechuric acid in the range of 1×10 6 1×10 -5 mol/L.The variation coefficient of eleven determinations for 8×10 -6 mol/L protocatechuric acid is 2 3%.
