HEH[EHP]萃取色层分离-原子发射光谱测定超高纯氧化钬、氧化铒中痕量稀土杂质
Determination of Rare Earth Impurities in Ultra highly Pure Er 2O 3 and Ho 2O 3 by Extraction Chromatography Atomic Emission Spectrometry
【摘要】 本文研究了2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己酯萃取色层分离-原子发射光谱测定超高纯Ho2O3、Er2O3中良量稀土杂质,可用于99.9999%Ho2O3、Er2O3的纯度分析。
【Abstract】 This article applied (2 ethyhexyldrogen 2 ethylhexyl phosphonate)extraction chromatography to separate 14 rare earth impurities from ultra highly pure Er 2O 3 and Ho 2O 3,and then the impurities were determined by atomic emission spectrometry.The average percentage recovery for each element is in the range of 70%~140%.The relative standard deviations of the determination are ±3 3%~2 2%.This method can be applied to the determination of the trace amounts of rare eath impurities in Er 2O 3 and Ho 2O 3 with a purity of 99 999 9% 99 999 99%.
