无孔型轧制压下规程制定方法的实验研究

【摘要】 设计了无孔型轧制压下规程的制定方法,据此编制程序计算制定了铅及钢轧件多道次无孔型轧制模拟实验压下规程,实验中成功地实现了RER 轧法,并对无孔型轧制的大压下率特点进行了分析

【Abstract】 Synopsis The method for stipulation of the screwdown instruction for pass free rolling is designed and the simulated testing screwdown instruction for multipass and pass free rolling of the lead and steel rolling stocks is prepared according to the programme calculation. The RER rolling practice has been successfully instituted and the characteristics of heavy reduction rate for the pass free rolling analyzed in the tests.
