退火对钢—钢爆炸复合板中飞线组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 对钢—钢爆炸复合板进行退火试验,发现其中的飞线( 绝热剪切线) 组织在一定的工艺下退火后会自行消失,但由其发展成的裂纹不会消失,经过论证指出:这种飞线是一种塑性变形线和裂纹源,同时它是在爆炸载荷下金属中出现的一种特殊的塑性变形机制。

【Abstract】 Zheng Yuanmou Huang Rongguang (New Technology Application Research Institute of Heshan City of Guangdong Province) Chen Shihong (Navigational Affair Management Administration of Guangzhou City)Synopsis In the annealing tests on steel-steel explosive composite sheet it is found that the structure of fly line(absolute thermal shearing line) automatically faded out after annealing in a specific processing conditions Never the less its resultant crackings could not be removed.It is concluded through discussions that this kind of fly line is a plastic deformation line and the primary cause to the cracking.It is also a special plastic deformation mechanism which occurs in the metal under the explosive load.
