芳纶复合材料用湿法环氧配方的研究

【摘要】 在综合考虑粘度、力学性能和储存期的基础上,研制了以混合芳香胺为固化剂的芳纶用湿法环氧配方,其浇注体力学性能与俄、美等国家湿法环氧配方及我国高性能干法配方性能相当,实验证明该湿法环氧配方与F12纤维浸润性及界面粘接性能均较高,其NOL环强度转化率均达87%,Φ150mm容器特性系数PV/Wc达35.8km,室温储存期约为24h,可在工程中应用。

【Abstract】 A wet process epoxy formula for aramid with the mixed aromatic amine as curing agent is researched and developed based on the viscosity, mechanical property and pot life.Mechanical properties of the cast body of the formula are a match those of wet process epoxy formulae in Russia and USA as well as some dry process formulae. The test shows that the interface adhesion and maceration property of F 12 aramid fiber in the formula are very excellant.The average strengh transition rate of fiber obtained by NOL ring test is up to 87%.The value of the performance coefficient PV/W c for Φ150mm vessel reaches 35.8km and pot life in room temperature is about 24h.It is available for industrial production.
