中间包塞棒吹氩技术的应用
APPLICATION OF ARGON BLOWING TECHNIQUE WITH TUNDISH STOPPER

【Abstract】 The main reasons for nozzle blocking are analyzed through an investigation of plugged nozzle and morphology of accretion . The nozzle is prevented from blocking by means of argon blowing technique with tundish stopper.Industrial experimentsshow thatthetechnology notonly can efficiently preventthe nozzle block ing andincreasethe numbers ofcontinuouscasting heatsoflow carbon aluminium - killed steel,butalsoimprove steelcleanliness.
