【摘要】 该文运用 DAB染色法显示大白兔脊髓微血管形态 ,发现用 1 0 %甲醛磷酸盐缓冲液固定的标本血管显色好 ,并在 4℃下经过 7～ 1 0天后仍能正常显色 ,标本直接冰冻切片显色效果差 ;切片后直接贴在载玻片上进行滴染显色不易产生皱折 ,节省染色剂。本实验操作简单易行 ,可用于脊髓组织微血管形态学研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 DAB straining method was used to show the appearance of micrangium We found that good straining result was obtained when the tissue specimens were fixed in 10% formol phosphate buffer for 6~12hs,even they were placed at the temperature of 4℃ for 7~10 days When the specimen frozen sections were done directly,we got bad staining result The sections were stuck on the slides directly then DAB was used. The experiment is easy to operate It can be used in the research on microvascular morphology of the tissues of the spinal cord When staining they could not be presented folding easily.更多还原
