【Abstract】 In the experment, guinea-pig was first used to make into a model with stress gastric ulcer by soaking guinea-pig into the water at 23±1℃ degree centigrade for 8 hours. The observation on occurring and development of stress gastric ulcer was made from the aspects of the gastric ulcer index. the changes of the gastric electric amplitude and frequency before and after shes and Pathological changes in gastric mucous membrane. The experimental model proves easy to be prepared and the method can be used repetitively for experimental study on stress gastric ulcer.更多还原
