载体对无机膜完整性影响的研究

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶技术在α-Al2O3载体上涂制了TiO2、SiO2、Al2O3等无机膜,对不同形状、不同孔径的α-Al2O3载体作了分析,探讨了载体的性能、载体表面的平整程度、载体表面孔的大小及载体与膜的匹配情况等对膜完整性的影响。结果表明,光洁的载体表面,载体表面孔的大小与膜的粒子差一个数量级及载体与膜的性质相匹配时易获得完整无开裂的膜。

【Abstract】 A process based on sol-gel technique has been used to deposit TiO 2,SiO 2,Al 2O 3 membranes on α-Al 2O 3 substrates.The effect of α-Al 2O 3 substrates with different shape and pore diameter were analyzed in this paper.And the integrity of membranes influenced by the properties,smooth finish and pore size of the substrates′ surface and the matching condition between substrates and membranes was discussed.The results showed that an integral crack-free membrane could be achieved when the surface of substrate was smooth,that the particle size of the membrane was an order of magnitude bigger than the pore size of the substrate and that the properties of the substrate and the membrane were inconsistent.
