【摘要】 针对黄浦江水系闵行水厂排泥水的处理,通过污泥沉降特性研究,采用收集、浓缩、平衡、投加聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、离心机固液分离的工艺流程和PLC中央控制,提高了自动化程度。浓缩池上清液能达标排放,离心机分离水的泥饼含固率≥42%,PAM加注率10~15kg/t干泥。研究表明,该工艺可作为黄浦江水系水厂排泥水处理工艺设计依据。

【Abstract】 The sludge treatment of Minhang Water Works which used Huangpu River water as source was studied. Through sludge settling characteristics study, a process which consisted of collection, thickening, equalization, PAM dosing, solid liquid separation by centrifuge, PLC central control was adopted. The supernatant from thickener could meet the discharge standard and solid content of sludge cake could reach 42% with a PAM dosage of 1.0~1.5 kg/tone dry sludge. The results showed that the process could be used in design for sludge treatment of wate works using Huangpu River water as source.
