【摘要】 建立数量化指标体系，根据层次分析法（ＡｎａｌｙｔｉｃａｌＨｉｅｒａｒｃｈｙＰｒｏｃｅｓｓ简称ＡＨＰ）理论，计算各指标在综合评价体系中的相对权重值，利用各指标变量值和相对权重值，计算综合评价值，对经济林建设效果进行合理评价。从综合评价值可以看出：甘肃省１２个地区中庆阳地区、陇南地区和张掖地区建设效果较好；４０个基地县中，康县、两当县、合水县、泾川县、正宁县的综合价值明显较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the basic information and statistical data of general condition ofmain forest-fruit base in Gansu province from the Forestry Section of Gansu province, throughanalysing and calculating, we get the per-man cash-foret income, per-man cash-forest productionand the rate of cash-forest area to agricultural area. On the basis of Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) theory, the relative weight of each index was calculated in the comprehensive evaluationsystem. Making use of each index variable and relative weight to calculate comprehensiveevaluation value.
