【Abstract】 In order to get the best benefit in ecology, economy as well as society, this paper,based on the analysis of the present situation of typical watershed in arid and semi-arid region,some adjustments of production structure in the watershed have been done. As a result, thesustainable development of the regional economy has been achieved.
