堆放时间对氨化麦秸含氮量的影响

【摘要】 按照麦秸∶水∶尿素比例100∶30∶4制作的氨化饲料,用凯氏定氮法测定含氮量。Ⅰ、Ⅱ号料含氮量分别为1.1317%、1.3718%,比麦草提高161.91%、217.55%。两种料经过1~130d室内堆放,分4个阶段测定,Ⅰ号料1~40d全氮损失9.89%,占全期全氮损失15.81%的62.6%;Ⅱ号料41~60d全氮损失8.13%,20d占全期全氮损失2985%的26.35%,均属损失高峰期。结果表明,氨化料应密封保存;麦秸粉碎比铡草制作的氨化料提高含氮量21.22%。

【Abstract】 The wheat straw was treated as chopped group (size 2.0 cm, group 1) and cracked group (size 0.5 cm, group2) and ammoniated with urea solution (the ratio of wheat straw:water: urea was 100:30:4, w/w). The nitrogen content (NC) of two groups were determined with Kjeldahl’s method, the results indicated that the NC of two groups were 1. 1317 % and 1 .37.18 %,161 .91 % and 217.55 % higher than control group respectively. The total nitrogen losses of two groups were 15.81 % and 29.85 % after 130 day’s storage in which, the peak of nitrogen loss occurred from day 1 to day 40 for group 1 (9.89 %) and from day 41 to day 60 for group 2(8. 13 %). It was concluded that the ammoniated wheat straw should be stored airtight, and the NC of group 1 was increased by 21.22 % compared with group 2.
