【摘要】 采用ＨＥ、Ｍａｓｓｏｎ染色和免疫组织化学方法（ＳＰ法），探讨了ＴＧＦ－β１和ｂＦＧＦ在纤维性间质性肺病胶原纤维沉积中的作用。结果表明纤维性间质性肺病晚期的肺泡间隔中，常有胶原纤维的异常沉积。肺泡间隔中胶原纤维沉积的程度分４级。在纤维性间质性肺病组和疾病对照组之间，肺泡巨噬细胞和增生性肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞ＴＧＦ－β１阳性率有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；肺泡巨噬细胞ｂＦＧＦ阳性率亦有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０２５）。在胶原沉积和无胶原沉积两组之间，Ⅱ型上皮细胞ＴＧＦ－β１阳性表达率亦有显著性差异（Ｐ＝０．０１）。证明了ＴＧＦ－β１和ｂＦＧＦ协同参与了纤维性间质性肺病及其胶原纤维异常沉积的发生、发展过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective is to study the action of transfor ming growth factor β 1 (TGF β 1 )and basic fibroblast growth factor( bFGF)in the collagen deposition of fibrotic interstitial lung desease(FILD)by us ing the methods of HE staining and Masson’s trichrome staining and the inmmunohi stochemical SP method.Collagen was singularly deposited in alveolar septum when FILD developed into the late stage.Abnormal collagen deposition in alveolar sept um has four grades.It was demonstrated that the positive rates of TGF β 1 expressed both in pulmonary macrophages and hyperplasia pneumocytes type Ⅱ o f FILD cases were higher than those of diseas control cases,and there was a sign ificant difference between the two groups( P <0.05).However,only the positive rates of TGF β 1 expressed in hyperplasia pneumocytes type Ⅱ of collag en deposited cases were higher than those of no collagen deposited cases( P =0.01),both of which were FILD.The positive rates o bFGF expressed in pulmonary macrophages of FILD cases were higher than those of disease control cases( P <0.025).So the conclusion is that bFGF could cooperate with TGF β 1 . The two cell factors could play a part in the process of abnormal collagen depos ition in FILD.更多还原
