5-Br-PADAP-OP双波长分光光度法同时测定血清中微量铁和铜
Simultaneous Determination of Trace Element Iron and Copper in Human Serum with 5 Br PADAP OP by Dual Wavelength Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 本文研 究了用 Ｔｒｉｔｏｎ Ｘ１００作为增 溶、增敏稳定剂，以 ５ Ｂｒ Ｐ Ａ Ｄ Ａ Ｐ 为显色 剂，用双波 长分光光 度法同时测定血清中微量铁、铜的方法。本法具有较高的灵敏度，回收率实 验及重复性实验结果都令人满意
【Abstract】 A sensitive method for simultaneous determination of iron and copper by DW spectrophotometry with 5 Br PADAP in the presence of Triton X 100 had been established.The sensitivity is high.The results of the recovery experiment and reproducibility experiment were satisfactory.
