气相色谱法测定花生油中微量多氯联苯(PCB)
Determination of Trace Amounts by Capillary GC Chlorbiphenyl in Peanut Oil
【摘要】 本文采用液液萃取 技术提取花生油 中微量多氯联苯，用 毛细管柱气相色 谱法进行测定。整个 过程只需３２ｍ ｉｎ ，本方法最低检出限为１．００μｇ／ｋｇ。
【Abstract】 In this paper, liquid\|liquid extraction technique is used in the capillary GC determination of PCBs in peanut oil.The whole procedure takes only 32 min,and the limit of detection of the proposed method for different PCBs approaches 1.00μg/kg.
