【摘要】 利用高效液相色谱和ＨＮＭＲ 谱，跟踪研究了对硝基甲苯－ ２ － 磺酸钠在ＤＭＳＯ 中进行氧化缩合，制备４ ，４′－ 二硝基芪－ ２ ，２′－ 二磺酸钠的反应。推证了反应历程，研究了原料及产物的分子结构与电子效应关系。实验对比了ＤＭＳＯ 介质和水介质中进行上述氧化缩合的工艺方法。

【Abstract】 The oxidative coupling reaction of p-nitrotoluene-2-sulfonic acid(salt) in DMSO has been studied by kinetic tracing.The mechanism of this reaction and the relationship between electron effect and molecular structure of the raw material and the products were investigated.Two kinds of synthetic methods of the title compound were compared through experiments.
