注浆成型法制备的钇稳定化氧化锆电解质性能研究
Study on the Properties of YSZ Electrolyte Fabricatedby Plaster Casting Method
【摘要】 采用注浆法制备了钇稳定化氧化锆(YSZ)电解质。制得的样品的密度随烧结温度的升高而提高,经1550℃烧结的样品的相对密度为93%,当其厚度大于0.2mm时,可以达到气密的程度,从而可用作固体氧化物燃料电池的电解质。样品经1300℃以上温度的烧结后,可得到完全的立方萤石结构。扫描电镜测量结果表明,随烧结温度的升高,样品的晶粒尺寸变大,孔洞变小。对样品的电性能测量结果表明,在相同的温度下,各样品的晶粒电阻基本相同,但晶界电阻不同。计算表明,样品的晶粒导电活化能和分别在1300℃、1400℃和1550℃烧结的YSZ样品的晶界导电活化能为0.82eV、0.66eV、0.86eV和0.98eV
【Abstract】 The yttria stabilized zirconia(YSZ) electrolyte is fabricated by plaster casting method.The densities of the obtained samples increase as the sintering temperature increases.The relative density of the sample sintered at the temperature of 1550 is 93%,and it can be gastight when the sample thickness is more than 0.2mm,therefore it can be used as the electrolyte of a solid oxide fuel cell.Pure cubic flourite structure can be obtained after the samples are sintered above the temperature of 1300.The SEM mesuring results show that the crystal grain size increases and the hole size decreases as the sintering temperature are raised.The conductivity of the samples are measured.At the same temperature,the grain conductivities of all the samples are almost the samo,but the grain boundary conductivities are different.It can be calculated that the active energy of conduction of the grain and that of the grain boundary of the samples sintered at 1300,1400 and 1550 are 0.82,0.66,0.86 and 0.98eV respectively.
