(Pb,Ca)TiO3纳米晶粉末的溶胶凝胶合成及表征
Synthesis and Characterization of (Pb,Ca)TiO3 Nanocrystalline Powders by Sol-gel Process
【摘要】 以醋酸铅,硝酸钙和钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法成功地制备了(Pb,Ca)TiO3纳米晶粉末,并通过XRD、FTIR、DTA、TG、TEM等方法对纳米粉末的结构进行了表征,粉末粒径为30~50nm,大小均匀,颗粒呈椭球形,且分散性好
【Abstract】 PCT nanocrystalline powders were successfully prepared by sol-gel method,using lead acetate trihydrate,caclium nitrate and tetra-n-butyl titanate as raw materials.The structure of the nanocrystalline powders were characterized by XRD,FTIR,DTA,TG,and TEM.The results show that the PCT nanocrystalline powders are spherical and nonaggregated.The grain size is between 30 nm and 50nm.
