电极对固体电解质交流阻抗谱的影响
The Influence of Electrodes on AC Impedances of Solid Electrolytes
【摘要】 以Bi0.75Er0.20O1.475为电解质,通过真空溅射和涂浆料分解的方法制备了Pt、Pd、Au、Ag电极,详细研究了电极厚度、材料种类及制备方法对交流阻抗的影响,并对其原因进行了讨论,提出了一种等效电路。
【Abstract】 (Bi2O3)0.75(Er2O3)0.20(Ag2O)0.05 was used as solid electrolyte and Pt, Pd, Au, Ag made by sputtering in vacancY and thermal decomposing in air were used as electrodes. The influences of thickness, materials and preparation method of electrodes on ac impedance were studied in detail and the mechanism was also discussed. A equivalent circuit was proposed.
