【摘要】 介绍了用硬脂酸凝胶化学法(SAG)制备BaFe12-2x(COTi)xO19超细粉,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TE)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等技术对粉末的结构、粒径、形貌及磁性能进行了研究。结果表明,SAG法制备的钥铁氧体合成温度低,650℃即形成六角品型磁铅石结构,粒度均匀;磁性能随粒径呈规律性变化。

【Abstract】 The preparation of substituted barium ferrite BaFe12 2x (CoTi)xO19 ultrsfine Particles by stearic acid gel method were investigated. The average particle size, structures and magnetic properties such as speific saturation magnetization, relative saturation remanenceMr and coercivity H. were measured. At 650℃, well crystallited BaFe12-2x (CoTi)xO19 ultrofine Particles as smaller as 10um were obtained, which showed superparamagnetic characteristics. The magnetic properties varied with the calcining temperature as well as grainsize. The best properties(coercivity and remanence) were obtained for the products calcined around 900℃.
