【摘要】 目的：探讨肿瘤标志物与各种肿瘤间的关系，为肿瘤诊断提供理论依据。方法：对１６７例临床诊断为恶性肿瘤，２２例良性肿瘤患者血清ＴＳＧＦ、ＡＦＰ、ＭＡＯ、ＳＡ４种肿瘤标志物联合检测，并与２５例健康者对照。结果：良性肿瘤（组）ＴＳＧＦ为（６０．４２±１７．９２）Ｕ／ｍｌ，Ｐ＞０．０５，良性肿瘤组ＴＳＧＦ与健康对照组没有显著差异；恶性肿瘤各组中，ＴＳ－ＧＦ均＞７１ｕ／ｍｌ，Ｐ＜０．００１，与健康对照组有显著差异性，其敏感性为７１．８６％，特异性为９２％，与血清ＳＡ比较，在恶性肿瘤中，ＴＳＧＦ比ＳＡ较敏感，特异性高。结论：联合检测ＴＳＧＦ、ＡＦＰ、ＭＡＯ、ＳＡ能提高恶性肿瘤诊断的灵敏度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study on the relationship between serum marks and every kind of tumor.Methods:The serum concentration of TSGF,AFP,MAO and SA wre detected in 167 cases with malignant tumor,22 cases with benign tumor and 25 cases normal control.Results:Serum levels of TSGF did not appear to be significantly different between benign tumor and normal control(P>0.05). The serum values of TSGF were obviously higher in malignant tumor group than that in benign tumor group and normal control(P<0001). The positive percentage of TSGF and SA in malignant tumor group were 7186%,92% respectively. Comparing with SA,TSGF has higher specificity and sensitivity. Conclusion:The combined detection of TSGF,AFP,MAO and SA can rise the sensitivity in diagnosis of malignant tumor.更多还原
